9,5 km individual time trial for the start of the Tour de Suisse.
It’s an iteresting course, slighly downhill for a while, than falt, and in the second half slighly rising. Otherwise a road without bigger challenges.
ITT World Champion Rohan Dennis (Bahrain-Merida) is in the peloton, he is one of the favourites of the stage for sure. Stefan Küng (Groupama-FDJ) can be the man of the day, also Gerain Thomas, Jonathan Castroviejo (Ineos) or Paddy Bevin (CCC). But it wouldn’t be a big surprise, if someone from the Sunweb: Søren Kragh Andersen or Michael Matthews would be the fastest rider on this very sunny Saturday.
