Tour de France 2026

Tour de France is the best know road cycling event of the world. Is it the most popular? For casual follower probably yes, definitely the most popular. The number of people are following the event is significantly much bigger than the number of followers of other (international professional) road cycling competitions.

Thus it’s useful to create content related to the race every year, because watching the actual event could lead to someone developing deeper interest in road cycling history. (And when we talk about road cycling history is mostly about Tour de France history anyway.)

So,.in 2026 Tour de France will be held between 4 and 26 July, starts in Barcelona, finishes (as usual) in Paris.
